TRANSFORMATIONAL COACHING
At the heart of coaching is the belief that you have untold wisdom and creative genius inside you, that given the right conditions, can blossom and transform you and your life.
In coach mode I don't tell or advise. I create a warm, supportive, and radically non-judgmental space for you to go as deep as you are ready to go into the core of what really matters to you. Fully focused on you, I listen, collaborate, and help you find not only insights and ways forward, but a profound and lasting connection with your truest and most expanded self.
Why 'transformational' coaching? Because coaching at this depth is not just about performance or learning, it's about game-changing shifts in being and mindset that fundamentally evolve you as a person.

WAYS WE MIGHT WORK TOGETHER
Sessions take place online on Zoom, or in-person at my home in Gloucestershire. Walking sessions in nearby countryside also available.
PAY-AS-YOU-GO
• 60 minute session - £120
• 90 minute session - £175
Explore whatever you wish to bring to a session, be it a particular challenge, goal, abstract feeling, or sense of something that you want to unravel.
A spacious container that gives us room to go deep, with plenty of time for the movement of energy, emotion, and spirit. Plus the freedom and flexibility to drop by for a session whenever you feel called to.
3 MONTH JOURNEY
• 6X 60 minute sessions - £600
(£100 per session)
• 6X 90 minute sessions - £900 (£150 per session)
When the change you want is beyond the scope of a single session, booking a journey of sessions is a potent and empowering way of committing to and achieving that change.
It allows the work we do to deepen and evolve you in multiple ways across multiple levels over time, whilst providing a supportive container for you to lean into across the months.

FROM 4 TO 10 SESSIONS
• 60 minute sessions - £100
• 90 minute session - £150
Together we feel into the number of sessions we think will support the work and evolution you have in mind, and create a bespoke container to match.
A package (as compared to a string of pay-as-you-go sessions) creates a container for the work, the sense of a supported journey, and galvanises the personal commitment that helps ignite change.
